Invoicing Specialist L.68/99

For a big Italian group, specialized in professional cosmetic products, we are looking for a Invoicing Specialist - belonging to protected categories, L. 68/99. As Invoicing Specialist, you will support and collaborate with the existing team in activities related to the management of Italian and international invoicing, as well as the associated shipments.

What You Will Do

• Invoicing and Shipping:
• Domestic (Italy)
• International
• Diverse Items: Interest invoices, training courses, fixed assets, etc.
• Sending delivery notes (DDT) to logistics for order preparation
• Requesting and archiving CEE certificates and customs documents
• Organizing shipments with national and international couriers
• Managing customs procedures

Who You Are

• Belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99)
• Degree in Accounting/Economics or similar
• Administrative, fiscal, and customs expertise to independently manage domestic and international invoicing is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of English is required
