Project Manager HR Trasformation

Our client: multinational industrial company with a plant in Rosate.The Regional HR project manager is a key figure in supporting the HR organizational transformation project that will impact all countries in the Region Europe South - Europe East. The transformation will impact processes, organizations and systems.

The tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Manage the project roadmap for the different countries in constant alignment with the Global project team.

- Prepare the necessary materials for the presentation and update on the different phases of the projects.

- Supporting countries in mapping processes and defining work instructions for different processes.

- Co-ordinating the activities of the different project stakeholders by planning alignments and defining activity plans.

- Plan and follow activities for the implementation of new HRIT tools (HRIS, ATS, Onboarding tool, Ticketing, Document management).

- Support the Knowledge transfer from the countries to the Shared Service Center (Romania).

- Constantly align the project sponsor on the progress of activities.

The profile:

- Strong Knowledge of the different HR processes.

- Established project management skills in HR field.

- Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP Success Factor.

- Ability to work in multicultural environments.

- Strong communication & inter-personal skills.

- Independent, proactive way of working.

- Fluent Proficiency in English and Italian (both, written and spoken).

- Willingness to travel national & internationally.

- High School degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business administration, Engineering or comparable.

- Strong know how in leading projects and change initiatives in Multinational companies.

- Relationship facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience in relocation of activities to a Shared Service Centre is a plus.
