Project Manager - Hotel Renewal

Our client is a company specialized in hotel renovation and construction, all around the globe. Mission: The candidate will have as main responsibilities the management of important project of hotel renovation. Will act in order to respect the budget, time and quality of the Project execution.

In details the main activities are:

• Management of the project assigned.
• Planning and organise all tasks and assign them to team members based on their roles and skills.
• Supervision of work progress on site.
• Implementation of changes and solutions.
• Manage communication and co-ordination between stakeholders and HQ.
• Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.
• Identify, implement, and monitor improvement and/or corrective actions throughout project management (risks, schedule, scope, cost, quality, safety).
• Approve project documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Technical field or equivalent work experience with Technical high school diploma.
• Minimum experience in similar role of 5 years.
• Good Knowledge of: Office suite.
• Good Knowledge: Read Technical drawings.
• Excellent communications skills in Spanish or English, both written and spoken.
• Integrity and commitment to service.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
