This is a high-impact role for a senior leader who can combine strategic vision and hands-on execution, driving brand positioning, communication and demand generation across multiple international markets.

Your impact

You will play a key role in shaping the company’s global identity and supporting its commercial growth by:

• Building and leading a strong, unified brand strategy across products and geographies
• Owning corporate communications and reputation, including media and thought leadership
• Driving global demand generation in close partnership with Sales
• Leading go-to-market strategies for key product initiatives
• Coordinating marketing activities across Europe, North America and the Middle East
• Developing and upgrading marketing capabilities, with a focus on digital, data and performance
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on messaging and positioning

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles
• Background in B2B industrial sectors (e.g. construction, engineering, heavy equipment)
• Experience in complex or post-acquisition environments
• Strong international exposure
• Track record of close alignment with Sales teams
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Experience operating in matrix and fast-evolving organizations
