For an internationally operating company specialising in electroplating solutions, we are currently looking for an Technical Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in Northern Italy, with a primary focus on Lombardy and Piedmont.

The company is a recognised technology leader in corrosion protection, wear protection, and decorative surface treatments, serving customers worldwide through a strong technical and innovation-driven approach.

The Role

The selected professional will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in the assigned territory, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Developing new business opportunities within the electroplating sector
• Providing technical and commercial support on products and applications
• Acting as a link between customers in Italy and the company’s headquarters in Germany

Key requirements:

• Solid knowledge of electroplating technologies, combining technical understanding with a commercial mindset
• 4/7 year of experience in sales or account management within the electroplating or surface treatment industry
• A proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented approach
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Proficient English skills, required for interaction with the international headquarters
