The purpose of the job is to lead, direct, develop and control the organization's Demand and Supply Management resources to ensure optimized customer service level, assets utilization, inventory levels and planning accuracy.

The purpose of the job is to lead, direct, develop and control the organization's Demand and Supply Management resources to ensure optimized customer service level, assets utilization, inventory levels and planning accuracy.
Overviewing function and processes from Demand and Supply planning to Delivery to our customer with focus on a sustainable profitability optimization.
Contributing to set up accurate expectation and proactive resolution of threat and opportunity foreseen.
Business Impact Leading the Demand & Supply Management function and teams of professionals through direct and indirect line of control. Taking tactical decisions with impact on global operations overall results.
Driving continues improvement for Demand and Supply processes (S&OP, Order Management).
Contributing to strategic planning, annual planning and decision-making at senior management level to develop and implement supply strategies that are aligned with the business objectives.
Main accountabilities
Leading, directing, evaluating and developing the demand and supply management function and teams of professionals (which include: demand team, global supply team, customer service team and local supply chain teams with a dotted line) to ensure that the activities meet established targets, standards and assigned KPIs.
Driving the customer service function to deliver and support company goals throughout best customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service quality standards, excellent customer experience.
Leading the development and implementation of relevant policies, procedures, processes, and compliance activities to ensure that all organizational objectives are met in terms of demand and supply management and customer service.
Owning processes from demand and supply planning to delivery to our customer with focus on a sustainable profitability optimization.
Coaching Demand and Supply team providing leadership and mentoring to increase capabilities and develop productive stakeholder relationships.
Oversee supply chain functions globally.
Adhering to all safety and quality practices and organizational policies and procedures in all tasks and job functions. Recognize safety and quality as Core Operating Principles that are permanently at the top of priorities.
Providing demand and supply input for creation of annual plans, business plans, strategy plans.
Coordinating S&OP process by ensuring timely and accurate steps execution.
Accountable for developing, maintaining and implementing high level supply plan (HLSP), specifically including translation of demand needs to supply proposal.
Accountable for developing, maintaining tools (IT) which supports the improvement of HLSP.
Providing functional information for inventory and sourcing (high level forecast to sourcing).
Providing action plan on how to balance Demand over the available capacity.
Coordinating production line cross qualification activities.
Scenario planning to analyse possible High sides / Low sides or business Opportunity / Threats.
Leading projects related to Demand and Supply Area or cross functional on request.

Qualifications and requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Planning
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with customer involvement and MRP systems
- Proven experience in implementation of complex and integrated processes
- Proven ability to manage, direct, inspire and mentor team members in multiple locations
- Capability to create, develop, update, improve processes and procedures
- Experience with ICT tools. SAP knowledge is considered a plus
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Capability to work in a team environment at every level (leader, peer, report)
- Ability to balance multiple assignments by establishing priorities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Result / target achievement oriented
- Proficiency in Excel and Office pack
- Ability to travel in North America, South America, Europe
