Surabhi is an international IT recruiter for Robert Walters based in Lisbon. In her current role, she specializes in finding global talent for niche tech roles such as data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, among other profiles. Prior to this, she has worked on other HR generalist projects such as talent development and performance management projects. Surabhi holds an MBA in HR.
Ricardo is a software developer who has worn various caps in his career in tasks of a fast-growing startup, such as team management, customer support, and recruitment. Ricardo is now heading Loka’s Portugal team and is responsible for business operations, growth, project development and delivering for clients. Prior to this he was based in the Netherlands for about 10 years.
Sérgio’s background and expertise is as a software developer. He has been leading the Oswald team for about 2 plus year now, currently holding chair as a CTO in the company. He has more than 15 years of experience as a developer working with various kinds of technologies. He has experience working both as part of a team and as a freelancer for many years.
