Office Support/Manager

In Robert Walters you can be the call that changes lives. We are looking for an Office Support Professional who is going to take care about several tasks to support our new Milano's Office.

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage the whole relationships with providers/suppliers supporting the Country Director in all the communications and operational activities;
• Support in the data migrations activities of the IT-CRM according to the needs from the several Recruitment Divisions;
• Analyse the website in direct relationship with the Italian Recruitment Divisions and the Marketing Department for Italy and Southern Europe;
• Support the whole billing process in relationship with the Finance Department;
• Be responsible for all Facilities, General Services tasks according to HQ Policies and Country Director indications
• Organise meetings, travels and events in direct relationship with the Office Management Department of Southern Europe;

What we are looking for:

Be a dynamic, organised, accurate and team-working oriented person.

It is also a requirement the Excellent Knowledge of Italian and English (Fluently speaking and Excellent writing) and one year of experience in Office Support/Management.
