Role Mission

Guarantee that CPPC Tiers releases are validated, reproducible, and certifiable prior to General Availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define functional and dynamic test plans.
• Execute HIL and grid-simulation tests.
• Perform regression testing.
• Produce validation evidence for grid-code compliance.
• Support FAT/SAT and acceptance criteria definition.

Required Skills

• Testing of industrial control systems.
• Power system dynamics (working knowledge).
• HIL and simulation tools (operational level acceptable).

Ideal Background

• 5–8 years in validation or testing roles within energy or automation.
• Strong methodological and documentation discipline.
