Retail Operations Specialist

Important fashion and luxury company is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join its team.

Reporting to Global Retail Operation Manager, this role will be pivotal in supporting HQ retail operations team and regional retail operation referents on new projects implementations and daily activities management, ensuring the highest standards of execution and coordination at global level, acting as point of contact point in liasing with other corporate departments.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and coordinate in the development of a comprehensive set of global retail operation manuals. Draft and update them following new guidelines agreed with Management
• Support the roll out of key new projects in the area (new global pos system), acting as a key point of reference for internal and regional teams and ensuring proper follow up to the implementation
• Coordinate internal communication and newsletter dedicated to global retail teams, promoting sharing of best practices and key internal updates in a timely, engaging way
• Assess and exploit
• Map and assess current processes to continuously improve operational efficiency
• Supports and monitor ordering process of tools for global network of stores (such as uniforms and packaging)
• Draft internal presentation, executive summary and project updates for Top Management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations/project management or similar role, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion industry environment or consultancy company would be a plus
• Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• International mindset, curious about learning and interacting with different cultures
• Strong problem-solving skills, passionate about making processes work
• Highly organized, with strong attention to details
• Flexibility and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English requires
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point) Excellent proficiency in Excel
• English Fluent
