For an important company operating in the Food & Beverage sector, we are looking for a Marketing Manager that can lead the marketing projects from start to finish and develop new strategies for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and different departments;
• Make sure that the marketing plan meets the company’s objectives, following campaigns from the strategy to the final measurment of the results;
• Strategies for the various retail stores;
• Support in the graphic definition of sales support materials in compliance with brand positioning and communication;
• Lead on the planning and execution of projects, managing the commercial marketing calendar and coordinating workstreams;
• Perform duties related to strategic marketing and product development;
• Monitor and analyse campaigns across channels, providing regular analysis on marketing performance following our commercial metrics and provide reports, that show the impact of the campaigns, for the use of the team and the management.

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience;
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage world;
• University degree in marketing and/or communication;
• Proactive and collaborative team player able to work across multiple creative projects;
• Detail oriented, able to respect tight deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to colleagues, suppliers, and others, at all levels;
• Strong planning skills;
• Creative and innovative approach, focusing on the customer experience – using insights and creative flair to produce and implement new ideas;
• Ability to respond to changes with a positive attitude;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and proactively recommend solutions;
• Fluent italian and english.
