This includes a variety of regional and global roles with Siemens, A.P. Moller –Maersk, Zurich Insurance Group and FAB within Learning, Leadership and Talent Development.

Most recently, Berry was appointed as the Global Director of Leadership & Talent Development for DP World.

Berry is a Swedish national, living in Abu Dhabi with his wife & 2 children.

Eloise le Conge Kleyn

Maersk

Eloise le Conge Kleyn is the HR manager for Maersk UAE Area. She has been with Maersk for the past 5 years. She was appointed in January 2019 in the newly set up Maersk organization. She was HR manager for Maersk Line since November 2015. In her current position she is part of the leadership team and manages the HR team for Maersk UAE, Oman and Qatar. She is responsible for HR in the organization, which covers areas such as Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, Engagement, Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. She was holding the same role ad interim in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka for 6 months and for WCA Regional Office and Pakistan for 12 months in 2016 and 2017. She previously worked in Maersk as Head of Talent Management IMEA Damco before she was appointed in her current role.

Previously, Eloise worked at Philips in the Head Office in the Netherlands in various Talent management and HR Business Partnering roles. She started her career in ING, where she completed a management traineeship of 3 years with roles in the Netherlands and Hong Kong in HR and Divestment Project Management. She studied Psychology, specializing in Work & Organizational Psychology in Maastricht University, Netherlands.

Eloise is Dutch, she lives and works in Dubai.
