What you'll do:

As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success and become the go-to advisor for customers. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and challenges, helping with customer onboarding, and driving adoption of our client's platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their journey.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years post-sales experience with a focus on growing and retaining customers.
• Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working either in a Cyber Security role or with Cloud Ecosystems in either an engineer or professional services role.
• Pro-active approach
• Team player
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Expertise in cloud native technologies
• Be registered as "Categorie protette" L - 68/99
