Our client is looking for

• Senior Customer Solutions Engineer,

• Staff Software Engineer BackEnd (Java/Go)-Monitor

As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success and become the go-to advisor for customers. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and challenges, helping with customer onboarding, and driving adoption of our client's platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their journey.

What you bring:

* Minimum 5 years post-sales experience with a focus on growing and retaining customers.

* Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms.

* Fluency in English.

* Pro-active approach

* Team player

* Ability to build customer relationships

* Expertise in cloud native technologies

* Experience working either in a Cyber Security role or with Cloud Ecosystems in either an engineer or professional services role.

As a Staff Software Engineer BackEnd (Java/Go) - Monitor, you will be part of a team working on the core backend of our client's Monitor Product. Your role will involve designing and implementing planet-scale distributed solutions to address high-volume and complex data collections, processing, transformations and reporting. You will provide technical leadership in all phases of a project, from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery. You will also contribute to an amazing team where the primary goal is working together to build the best product.

What you bring:

* 8+ years of experience in software development

* Excellent algorithm, data structure and coding skills in Java or Go

* Hands-on experience building horizontally scalable components

* Hands-on experience with cassandra, kafka or other high-volume data processing distributed systems

* Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes
