This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong fund operations knowledge with a passion for financial modelling, automation, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fund operations while contributing to the development of technical solutions that enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models and client reporting tools
• Develop and enhance forecasting models to support cash flow planning
• Support the implementation of automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and AI-enabled technologies
• Improve data integration processes between internal systems and external service providers
• Support the day-to-day operations of investment funds, including capital calls and distributions
• Assist with liquidity monitoring, cash management activities and financing processes
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting
• Support valuation processes through financial analysis and model maintenance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reporting quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, financial reporting or similar roles
• Exposure to private equity, alternative investments, asset management or investment fund structures
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL and automation tools is considered a strong advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
