We are looking for a Sales Service Coordinator on behalf of a leading multinational company operating in the medical furniture and services sector.

Main duties:

• Manage sales of all service offerings in a set territory.
• Prospecting new customers and managing the renewal process for existing contracted accounts.
• Build relationships with customers on a technical support level and management/purchasing level to continually service their needs and manage any issues.
• Proactively identify prospects for service offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain contract renewals
• Ensure any issues with existing contracted customer are being resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Develop opportunities to offer more services to existing customers to maximise their potential
• Feedback market information to create better competitor knowledge and develop future service offerings to meet the needs of our customers
• Ensures administration after tender - prepares documents for hospitals, basic contracts and documentation
• Look for opportunities to offer new services or expand on exiting contracts with customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Clinical Engineering
• Previous experience in the role
• Strong knowledge of the medical and healthcare environment
• Availability to travel within the country (approximately 2 days a week)
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare and public sectors

Location: Brescia (on site and on the national territory)
