Sales Manager - Hotellerie
Per un nostro cliente, importante player internazionale nel settore Hotellerie, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales Manager a Roma.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join the sales team, In this role, the candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the execution of sales strategies aimed at attracting new business while fostering relationships with existing and new clients. He/her will leverage the expertise in hospitality sales to enhance the hotel's market presence and maximize occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
- Execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotional initiatives and guest experiences
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, sales campaigns and networking functions to promote the hotel
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and market dynamics,
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Established network of contacts within the hospitality industry
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce)
- Understanding of data analysis techniques to inform sales strategies
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable working independently
