The scale and impact of COVID-19 took the world by surprise, with many calling it the single biggest challenge of this generation. The pandemic called for business leaders to quickly evolve and change their approach to work, ensuring their employees’ wellbeing and business survival amidst an ever-evolving situation. What challenges did leaders face? How did they overcome these? How will they move ahead into the future?
In this Robert Walters panel discussion, three dynamic APAC business leaders share their experience and valuable lessons they have learnt (and are still learning!) while steering their companies through the pandemic and the resulting ‘new normal'. They also provide insights into how the future of work will look, and how leaders will need to evolve as we transition into the future.
